Oral exam
For attending students The oral exam will focus on the two texts, with constant reference to the cases and other materials presented in class, which may not necessarily all be available on AulaWeb. For non-attending students The oral exam will focus on the two texts. All slides uploaded to AulaWeb are also considered exam material. The oral exam is designed to assess mastery of the acquired knowledge, both in terms of completeness and depth. The following criteria will be used in the assessment: - the quality of the presentation - the correct use of specialized vocabulary - the ability to 'apply' the acquired knowledge, that is, to relate the learned constructs and concepts in order to draw operational insights both in terms of work behavior and organizational performance.
Students with a disability or learning disability certification may request compensatory measures (e.g., additional time, concept maps and diagrams, and modifications to the written/oral format) during the exams, following the procedure outlined in the guidelines (p. 5) published here.
