Learn the fundamentals of English technical writing in order to produce a scientific text. Communicate effectively in English with patients and colleagues, overcoming cultural barriers, in order to practice the profession in an international context. The program is designed as a continuation of the English 1 course (focusing on consolidating basic English knowledge) and the English 2–3 courses (scientific and medical English). TEACHING METHODS Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the Department before class begins, in order to liase and arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning aims and outcomes.
