CODE 117449 ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026 CREDITS 2 cfu anno 1 SCIENZE MOTORIE, SPORT E SALUTE 11886 (L-22 R) - SAVONA SCIENTIFIC DISCIPLINARY SECTOR M-PSI/01 LANGUAGE Italian TEACHING LOCATION SAVONA SEMESTER 1° Semester MODULES Questo insegnamento è un modulo di: BEHAVIOR TECHNIQUES AIMS AND CONTENT AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES At the end of the course, students will be able to: • master the main concepts and theories of General Psychology; • apply this knowledge to optimize motor and sports performance; • conduct a bibliographic research using dedicated scientific search engines; • critically analyze the literature in the psychological field, evaluating the reliability of sources; • acquire basic knowledge on the use of tools for assessing psychological and cognitive functions (e.g. performance tests, self-administered questionnaires). TEACHING METHODS The teaching includes 5 theoretical frontal lessons, presentation and discussion of selected scientific articles, and group activities on topics addressed during the lessons. Students with valid certifications for Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), disabilities, or other educational needs are invited to contact the teacher and the disability representative of the School/Department at the beginning of the course to agree on any teaching methods that, while respecting the objectives of the teaching, take into account individual learning styles.
