After enrolling in the Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery, students:

• graduates in Genoa or in other universities

or

• students enrolled in other degree courses at the University of Genoa may request recognition of their previous careers through the online procedure: https://servizionline.unige.it/studenti/
• Students coming from other universities must submit a transfer request to their university of origin.

When the leave of absence is received in Genoa it will be sent ex officio to the Didactic Commission for evaluation.

. The Didactic Commission will prepare an individual form, which will be ratified by the Degree Course Council, with details of the recognised activities, which will be sent directly by email to the interested parties, who will be able to view it for acceptance.

• For students coming from the first year of another course at the University of Genoa, recognition is based on the pre-defined tables below; therefore, interested parties, after submitting an application online, will not be required to submit any documentation relating to the programmes nor will they receive any individual forms, but must comply with the requirements set out in these tables.

The recognition of activities will be ratified by the Degree Council, with details of the activities recognised, which will be sent directly by email to interested parties, who will be able to view them for acceptance.
