For more than ten years, the EMMP Master’s degree programme has offered interested students the opportunity to take part in a one-week training course entitled “Maritime Trade and Logistics – Theory and Applications” at the Escola Europea Intermodal Transport in Barcelona.

The course aims to provide an international experience in intermodal transport and logistics, to illustrate – including through guided tours – port and terminal operations at the Port of Barcelona, to facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, and to foster critical thinking in the analysis of logistics costs. This initiative has been very well received by the student community and makes a significant contribution to their education and personal development.
