OVERVIEW

The program covers the entire subject of tort law, studied with reference to the regulatory framework (Italian Civil Code) and extensive case law.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The specific educational objectives of the teaching are as follows:

i) to know in depth the applicative evolution of the subject (the analysis of the doctrinal and case-law contribution is fundamental);

i) to acquire an ability to critically analyze judgments;

iii) to know the main doctrinal contributions to the evolution of tort law.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The ultimate goal of the course is to provide the fundamentals and basic tools for moving within the highly jagged and constantly evolving subject matter that is tort law.

PREREQUISITES

To have passed Privato I and II

TEACHING METHODS

Frontal lectures.

iii) Cases and materials analyzed and discussed in class

In the first class, specific instructions will be provided regarding the course structure, the requirements for the term paper, and the individual effort required

The exam is written: 10 open-ended questions

ASSESSMENT METHODS

The exam grade is in thirtieths (30) (each answer receives a score from 0 to 3)
