OVERVIEW

The course introduces students to the fundamental principles of applied thermodynamics and heat transfer, providing the tools needed to understand their applications in the main energy processes and systems.

The course is divided into two modules (Module 1: Applied Thermodynamics, Module 2: Foundations of Energetics and Heat Transfer).

For both modules there are theoretical lessons (40 hours per module) and numerical exercises (20 hours per module).

The exam includes a written test and an oral exam.
