Which are the most relevant changes in work and working conditions? How is it possible to manage this change? Which processes and tools characterize hrm? What about organizational behaviours and how does it enter human resource management? Which are the central topics for a good people management? AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims at introducing to the principal questions about human resource management, with attention to processes, tools and responsibilities, and to the main topic in the field of the organizational behaviour. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to help students in understanding the topics related to the human resource management and their relevance in business. Students are required to know teh disciplinary basics and to depeen a personal capability to use knowledge. They are also invited to develop their skills in comunicating and interacting to reach proposed goals. PREREQUISITES Students are required to know basics in business management and organizational fundamental concepts, as introduced in any textbook TEACHING METHODS The languare of the course is the Italian. Requests from students will be assessed by the lecturer and may be approved or rejected SYLLABUS/CONTENT Two main topics are developed: the basic of human resource management and the fundamentals of organizational behaviour; the specific content of both depends on the text book students choose, among those proposed by teachers The course is held in italian, so english spoken students can prepare their exam using textbooks availiable in internationa literature and discussing their contents with the teachers RECOMMENDED READING/BIBLIOGRAPHY The students can choose among these textbooks, after having discussed with the teacher his/her specific interests.
