OVERVIEW

The integrated course illustrates the theoretical and practical bases of motor and sports activities and offers methodological and didactic ideas useful for an initial orientation in the various fields of professional intervention. Through the alternation of theoretical moments and practical experiences (ATP), motor activities and sports activities in an aquatic environment are presented.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The educational objective of this teaching is to provide the basic knowledge relating to the methodological and didactic approach of motor and sports activities, which can then be applied to various contexts (both in the gym and in the swimming pool).

TEACHING METHODS

The integrated course includes a division of lessons as follows: frontal lessons and technical-practical activities (ATP).

The frontal lessons will be carried out in the classroom while the ATP will be carried out in the gym and swimming pool.

During the ATP, the notions seen in the classroom will be resumed and the practical applications of these topics will be addressed.

At the end of each lesson, Educational Innovation tools will be used to facilitate the consolidation of the information given during the lesson just completed.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

The integrated course of "Methods and teaching of motor and sports activities" includes the following teachings:

THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF MOTOR ACTIVITIES

ATP-THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF MOTOR ACTIVITIES

THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF MOTOR AND SPORT ACTIVITIES IN AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT

ATP- THEORY AND METHODOLOGY OF MOTOR AND SPORT ACTIVITIES IN AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT

The exam of the integrated course will be considered passed if all tests have achieved a score of at least 18/30.

The final grade of the integrated course will derive from the weighted average of the individual grades.
