OVERVIEW

The teaching is a module of the Integrated Course 'Individual and Combat Sports'.

In addition to the lecture module, the ATP module is provided.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The aim of the teaching is to provide skills in technique, teaching methods, and assistance in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The teaching contributes to the achievement of the educational objectives of the Bachelor by providing the student with the knowledge and a good foundation of understanding the field of the subject.
Propose diversified activities that develop the creative aspect to foster the ability to "problem solving" in different fields such as education/school and motor/sports.

8 theoretical hours: the course aims to acquire an adequate knowledge and basic competence on methods and teaching of the disciplines related to technical-combinatorial sports, artistic gymnastics for women and men, rhythmic gymnastics and general gymnastics.

As learning outcomes at the end of the course, the student must:

  • Be able to perform the basic elements proposed in the program, according to the principles of rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics, through the analysis of posture and modulation of muscle energy to achieve a conscious management of body segments.
  • Knowing how to recognize and describe the technical contents that characterize the specific motor actions of the two modules.
  • Know how to properly use the specific terminology of gymnastics.
  • Be able to design and build learning paths differentiated according to age and working environment (school, pre-sport and sports...).
  • Be able to apply the skills acquired in the course of technical-combinatorial sports study to design and build learning paths differentiated according to age and working environment (school, pre-sport and sports...).
  • Knowing how to transfer and modify the skills characterizing gymnastics to structure, according to the principles of a varied and multilateral learning, specific skills of other sports.

PREREQUISITES

Basic knowledge on the terminology gymnastics of the 1st year.

TEACHING METHODS

The lessons have a total duration of 80 hours. The method of administration of the course includes theoretical lectures in presence. Teaching material will be made available via AulaWeb.

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

COMMON PROGRAMME

Historical background and current organization of the FGI

Sports specialties with prevalence of closed skill and open skill

Technical-combing sports with qualitative assessment of the form

The Olympic disciplines of the FGI

Characteristics of multidisciplinarity and transversality of gymnastics

Characteristics and educational use of small and large tools of the General Gymnastics

Knowledge of the sport and educational use of large and small sports equipment and traditional

 

Artistic gymnastics female and male Programme

1) GYMNASTICS: basic motor activity; its educational and educational value. GAM, GAF, GG and their respective tools. Technical evolution over time of the various GAM and GAF tools

2) History and organization C.I.O., F.I.G., U.E.G., F.G.I. (Olympic and other sections)

3) Gymnastic Terminology: Definition of Axes and Worktops, Attitudes and Attitudes of the Body, Units and Basic Motor Schemes (Static/three-dimensional: basic limb and torso exercises and dynamic/four-dimensional: walking, running, throwing, rolling, climbing, etc.), Coordination skills and abilities (study of rhythm, balance, etc.)

4) Equipment and safety rules in the gym. The technological and structural characteristics of the artistic gymnastics equipment. Assistance. Arrangement of carpets. Facilitating equipment

5) General and Specific Warming. General and Specific Physical Preparation. Muscle Conditioning: How to train/condition joint mobility and muscle elasticity, fast strength, static strength and fatigue resistance

6) Classification and Technical Definition of the basic Free Body Gymnastics elements of artistic gymnastics, Teaching methods, Physical Preparation and Specific Technique, Errors and Assistance

 

Rhythmic Gymnastics Programme

Education at the rhythm.

Theoretical notes on the teaching of small tools of the discipline.

 

General gymnastics Programme

Basic knowledge large and small GG tools.

Educational use of large and small general gymnastics tools.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

Written test (0-30 points).

ASSESSMENT METHODS

Assessment of the specific technical and didactic knowledge and skills of the different disciplines, individual and theoretical tests (structured tests).

Particular situations may require completion of the exam with oral questions (one or two questions worth one point each). Individual projects may be required in specific cases.

The learning will be verified by a final test consisting of 11 multiple choice questions (one correct and two wrong) covering the different disciplines. Vote in thirtieth. Each correct answer will be assigned the score 1.00 (wrong answers and zero answers =0.00). The test is passed with a score of 18/30.
