OVERVIEW

The course in Programming and Conducting Sports Activities in the school is designed to train students to recognize the existence of certain universal values that must guide our actions in the school environment.

The educational objective is to provide master's degree students with knowledge and skills in the pedagogical aspects of physical and sporting activities in schools from a methodological and design perspective.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to deepen the knowledge related to the planning and management of sports activities, in a school environment, with particular reference to the introduction to sport.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The student must be able at the end of the module of 'Programming and conducting sports activities in the school' to:

  • propose, adapt the various proposals to the context class, school, gym, sports group
  • present, structure, integrate projects for the various ages
  • select, identify, monitor, and verify the afore mentioned activities
  • repeat, connect, and organize the various knowledge acquired
  • memorize, and develop knowledge and skills in pedagogy, motor activity methodology, and sports

A simple UDA and annual planning must be able to be structured at various levels of the school system.

PREREQUISITES

The didactic-methodological concepts acquired in the three-year degree.

TEACHING METHODS

Lectures, observation and discussion on practical lessons, programming writing, design writing, simulations, laboratory lessons, case studies, interventions by external experts.

  • Liquid world and gaseous society. AI, media, social and educational processes
  • The purposes of educational-motor work
  • Inclusive motor education strategies
  • The special educational function of motor and sports activities
  • National Indications, recommended areas and dimensions at motor level in lower and upper secondary schools and in the first cycle
  • The planning of physical and sporting activities useful in the school environment
  • Design: drafting an annual plan for different age groups and school cycles
  • Psychomotor skills: Le Boulch, Aucouturier
  • Practical lessons in psychomotor skills, sport and inclusion
  • Simple, complex, articulated uda
  • Key citizenship skills in schools
  • Key European skills
  • The sports group project
  • Motor activities in the various stages of development linked to the different school cycles.

EXAM DESCRIPTION

Interview or written test on the indicated program.

The exam aims to assess both knowledge (knowledge) and skills (being able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in various educational contexts).

ASSESSMENT METHODS

In addition to the exam, the student must submit an annual design or UDA of the student's choice one week in advance.
