CODE 114431 ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027 CREDITS 12 cfu anno 3 INGEGNERIA MECCANICA 8784 (L-9) - LA SPEZIA LANGUAGE Italian TEACHING LOCATION LA SPEZIA MODULES Questo insegnamento è composto da: DYNAMICS AND CONTROL OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS MEASUREMENT AND INSTRUMENTATION OVERVIEW The course aims to provide students with the tools for studying dynamics and to introduce them to the measurement of the physical quantities most relevant to the main applications. In particular, the dynamics and control module provides the foundations for studying the dynamics of mechanical systems under the assumption of linearity and for the design of control systems. The primary objective of the Measurements and Instrumentation module is to enable students to correctly carry out the most common mechanical and thermal measurements and to express, in accordance with international standards, the result of a measurement and the uncertainty associated with it. The two parts can be done separately, also in different exam sessions. The assessment of the whole teaching unit will be the average of the evaluation of the individual modules.
