EXAMS

EXAM DESCRIPTION

Written exam, possibly preceded by a multiple-choice test lasting approximately 1 hour. The number of questions may vary depending on their content.

The Integrated Course exam must be taken, according to the Teaching Regulations, for the three modules: that is, the tests must all be taken on the same day. However, the teachers of this Integrated Course in Law and Economics in Sport agree to carry out intermediate tests/verifications of preparation at the end of the lessons or, in any case, on different days, but always close to the main roll call.

It should be noted that partial assessments cannot constitute separate grades, but must contribute to the final evaluation of the Integrated Course. Therefore, all intermediate tests/tests that may have been taken by the student must be completed for the three modules within the same academic year starting from the first session useful for taking the second semester teaching profit exams. For example: from June 2022 until March 2023 for the AA 2021/2022.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

Knowledge of the course topics will be ascertained, through multiple-choice questions and free-choice questions.

The criterion for evaluation/main assessment will be given by the student's/her/acquired ability to master the main legal institutions covered.

Female students with regular disability certification or DSA diagnosis may request to take advantage of compensatory measures during the exam exams (e.g., additional time, concept maps, changes in written/oral modality).
