The teaching aims to provide the basic knowledge related to methodology and pedagogy, offering skills on the performance model in various endurance sports disciplines.

EXAMS

EXAM DESCRIPTION

Written exam within the integrated course Individual and Combat Sports, consisting of multiple-choice questions and questions related to the theoretical topics of the module.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

The exam evaluates:

  • knowledge of theoretical content;
  • understanding of the main classification and performance models in sport;
  • ability to use appropriate technical terminology;
  • ability to connect theoretical and applied aspects of the discipline.
