AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Skills and knowledge of technical sports knowledge developed in at least one individual sports specialty for each macro-family of sports.

Ability to technically describe, using the correct gymnastics and training methodological terminology, simple and complex sports motor skills “closed and open skills”.

Knowledge for identifying the performance pattern of a given individual sports specialty in relation to the fundamental objectives of the TdS and also to the regulatory and bioenergetic/biomechanical level.

TEACHING METHODS

Lectures.

Cases with certification of DSA, disability, or other special educational needs are advised to contact both the Department representative, Prof. Nicola Girtler, and the teacher at the beginning of classes to agree on teaching and exam methods that, in compliance with the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory tools/dispensatives recognized by the University's DSA Student Service.

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Highlight the main cross-sectional contents of the TdS, attributable to the sports specialties known today, defining the system for tracking the athlete's performance model.

Develop and deepen the technical-sports knowledge that future physical training enthusiasts and specialized professionals in the field of sports training must possess and administer correctly.

Provide insights, solutions, proposals, and experiences to encourage and guide students in studying TdS.
