CODE 67254 ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017 CREDITS 6 cfu anno 1 SCIENZE INTERNAZIONALI E DELLA COOPERAZIONE 10177 (LM-52) - SCIENTIFIC DISCIPLINARY SECTOR IUS/21 LANGUAGE Italiano TEACHING LOCATION SEMESTER 2° Semester AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Educational objective of the course is to provide an in-depth knowledge of the constitutional systems of the main post-socialist countries. TEACHING METHODS Classes will be conducted by the teacher. At the request of the students will be detailed in a seminar of current issues related to teaching and learning materials will be distributed. SYLLABUS/CONTENT Summary The working of the systems of government in the most important post socialist countries of the Central East Europe and of the Asiatic Continent, paying a special attention to: structure and functions of Parliaments, the Heads of State and the Governments; the relationships among the above mentioned bodies and, consequently, the different national characters of the systems of government; the influence on the working of the system of the different models of constitutional justice.
