TEACHING METHODS The texts of the exercises are distributed in the classroom and are available in AulaWeb / Teams. The resolution of the exercises is guided by the teacher, who also provides suggestions for the development of a personal comment by the individual student. The distribution of the exercises can be altered (especially in relation to anti-COVID19 measures) and exercises will be carried out remotely and delivered to the teacher, through aulaweb. SYLLABUS/CONTENT Climatology: climatograms and shadow thermograms. Space distribution: wild boars in the province of La Spezia. Population growth models. World human population growth. Phase diagram: prey-predator system. Ecological niche: bivalves of the sands. Measurement of diversity: indices of wealth, dominance, diversity, and equity. Species area curve: soil arthropods. K-dominance curves: populations of coastal terrigenous mud. Biocenotica: Lepidoptera in different plant associations. Indicator species: populations of coastal terrigenous sludge. Trophic levels and food pyramids. Calculation of the trophic level of an organism. Qualitative reconstruction of trophic network: reef population. Quantitative model of trophic network: platform benthos. Spatial resilience: populations of coastal terrigenous sludge.
