In particular, the course consists of two modules: "European Economic Law" (scientific-disciplinary field IUS/14 - European Union Law) and "Comparative Economic Law" (scientific-disciplinary field IUS/21 - Comparative Public Law). AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of the design and implementation of European Union public policies and the processes of territorial decentralisation in the Member States. PREREQUISITES A basic knowledge of Public Law and European Union Law is required for successful completion of the course.
