The internship is divided into an active part that takes place in the kindergarten and in primary school, supported by the school tutor, and in a reflective part that takes place in the university with the reference group led by the internship tutor. The internship helps to develop many skills. In particular it helps developing the dimension of self-consciousness based on the ten "Life skills education in schools" defined by the OMS (1993). Reflection meetings in indirect training are appositely planned to help achieving these skills. The T2 has the following objectives: - observe and document the educational relationship; - reflect on educational and teaching styles; - analyze the dynamics of the relationships within the class and in the teaching group and (deontological and professional aspects); - co-design a first brief educational path with the help of the school tutor.
