The laboratory is a practical experience with several didactic proposals. This is the ideal place where try means, methods and didactic.
The students will be stimulated in learning different theaching styles.
The laboratory proposes the analysis of the motor development of the child through the different developmental stages. During the laboratory it will be provided the instruments needed in order to allow the students to be guided in the lesson planning processes of the physical education and the instruments for the evaluation of the scholars. It will be presented the practical activities useful for the development of the basic motor skills, like walking, running, jumping, etc.; the coordination skills, like the balance, the rhythm, motor combination, etc.; and team sports. It will be proposed the instruments needed in order to be guided in the inclusive processes and in the adapted physical education.
The laboratory proposes and analyzes different paths of physical education in the pre-school and primary school, in view of the unity of knowledge and integrity of the person, by which children can develop skills to be used in motor field.
For the pre-school, the laboratory shall propose practical activities linked to the psycomotricity and motorial games in order to develop the laterality and the simplified spatial orientation.
For the primary school the laboratory shall propose practical activities in order to develop the coordinative and conditional capacities.
