    EXAMS

    EXAM DESCRIPTION

    Oral examination.

ATTENTION: The grade is recorded in the career record only when both modules have been taken. Article 5 of the Academic Regulations  stipulates that examinations relating to the integrated courses of L-ART/01, L-ART/02 and L-ART/03, each consisting of two modules, may be taken on different dates but, obligatorily, within the same academic year.

    ASSESSMENT METHODS

The examination will take place in oral form; for both modules, an in-depth study will be required, to be presented at the examination in the form of a thesis accompanied by images, notes and specific bibliographical indications, on a topic addressed in the course (the editorial standards to be followed for the writing of the paper will be uploaded on the Aulaweb).

N.B. The written work is an integral part of the examination and of the student's assessment: the motivations behind the choice of topic, the ability to organise the discourse, the originality of the treatment and critical insights, the quality of the sources used and the bibliographical references, the correctness and clarity of the exposition will be taken into account.

Lecture materials will be made available to all students enrolled at the end of the course and uploaded to Aulaweb.

The exam will be passed with a sufficiency if the knowledge and understanding of the methodological issues is demonstrated, with reference to the bibliography indicated and the materials projected during the lessons. To achieve a higher grade it will be necessary to demonstrate a punctual, personal and conscious re-elaboration of the course programme. The threshold of excellence will be reached by demonstrating marked skills of elaboration and critical judgement.
