General knowledge of athletics; knowledge of techniques, training methods and rules of the different disciplines.

Training lessons - theoretical lessons – audio-visual supports – professional athletes’ demonstrations. |
Races: speed races, relays, hurdles, long distances (basics of race walking and combined events - decathlon/heptathlon);
Jumps: high jump, long jump, triple jump, pole vault.
Throws: shot put, discus throw, hammer throw, javelin throw.
Educational progressions; athletics practice.
