Sport training and phyisical activity theory and methodology course
The student learns in this teaching module the main technical and methodological approaches to training in various sports (top, school, leisure, health), with emphasis on the subject of biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system and its influence Exercising on the bioenergetic model and training, power parameters and capabilities of bioenergetic mechanisms, definition, program and training objectives, loading concepts, super compensation, extent of workload, coordination skills and conditional, strength training and speed, structuring of a training session.
At the end of the course the student: will understand the different components of physical activity and sport performance; will know the classification and definition of athletic capacities; will be able to identify the most appropriate training methodology and exercises for the different athletic capacities; will be able to program the exerise workload; will be able to measure and monitoring the training response to achieve the training goal; will understand how to diversify the workout among different sports and athlete's fitness level; will know the principles of sports training.
