    AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

    Present methods and tools that allow the design of health processes, with particular attention to:

    - to the reduction of times

    - errors in the execution of activities,

    - to improve the quality of the service offered by the organization

    - to control over the processes themselves

    - the involvement of stakeholders and humanization

     

    TEACHING METHODS

    Frontal lessons

    Students with SLD, disability or other special educational needs certification are strongly encouraged to contact the teachers at the beginning of the course to agree on teaching methods which, respecting the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory instruments.

    EXAM DESCRIPTION

    Research on various organizational models in the health sector.
    Oral presentation and discussion.
    Exam dates will be published on Aulaweb.
    The exams of the integrated courses are held in the UNIGE in a single moment and the Examination Commissions, chaired by the Coordinators of the integrated courses or by their delegates, must be composed in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 c.5 and c. 6 of the University Didactic Regulations.
    As per the Degree Course's Didactic Regulations, exams can only be taken in the periods dedicated to this and called exam sessions. The moments of verification usually cannot coincide with the periods in which the training activities take place.

    ASSESSMENT METHODS

    The exam will allow to verify the achievement of learning outcomes and the ability to apply knowledge.

    Students with SLD or with other regularly certified special educational needs will be able to agree with the teacher the written or oral modality, by contacting the teachers at least 10 days before the exam. They can also take advantage of 30% additional time.
