Its target is providing the students with a methodological and scientific approach, to enable a research and development vision toward the final Master of Science project. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Main goal of this course is to solicit individual awareness on the so called soft skills. These are skills necessary to develop the ability to adapt and thrive within complex settings, like corporations, organisations and communities. Both the right mindset and behavioural change facilitate quick growth and success for each individual and group of individuals. Concepts as resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, and empathetic listening will be introduced, alongside with cutting-edge theories such as “the kindness economy”, “peer reviews” and “leadership by caring”; self-inquiry, reflection, learning-by-doing and mindfulness, the tools taught in order to achieve the above goal.
