In addition to the elements of public law, the course is focused on a brief discussion of administrative law, with examples of institutes in this matter applied to sports and motor activities in general. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The teaching of Administrative Law allows to deepen the main aspects of administrative law applied to sports activities, especially in community and team contexts. The teaching of Private Law must allow the deepening of the main legal aspects of Personal Law, with specific correlates to individual and team motor and sporting activities. The course of Economics and Business Organization must provide the fundamental knowledge of the economic dynamics in the organization and management of the company with specific reference to sports companies.
