AIMS AND CONTENT

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

The Specific Anatomy course for the CdS in Cardiovascular Pathophysiology Techniques and Cardiovascular Perfusion aims to provide the fundamental anatomical notions for the subsequent understanding of physiology and cardiovascular pathologies.

The objective of the course is therefore the knowledge of the structure of the different parts constituting the human cardiovascular system and the understanding of how they are interconnected with each other and with other structures of other apparatuses and systems, for the performance of their physiological function. Understanding the course lessons should provide the student with the foundations to be able to explore specific topics of interest in the Cardiovascular System in complete autonomy, as well as the foundations for continuing the study of the Course in Cardiovascular Pathophysiology Techniques and Cardiovascular Perfusion.

TEACHING METHODS

The teaching will be carried out by 20 hours of training activities in the form of classroom lessons on the topics of the program. During the lessons moments will be set aside for carrying out work in groups. Attendance is mandatory

EXAMS

EXAM DESCRIPTION

the exam takes place in oral form

ASSESSMENT METHODS

The assessment of learning and knowledge acquisition takes place through the final exam, which aims to ascertain the effective student's acquisition of the expected learning outcomes. The student will have to demonstrate adequate knowledge of the anatomical organs associated with the cardiovascular system as well as those involved in its regulation, both from a morphological (macroscopic description) and structural (microscopic structure) point of view.
