The course is divided into two parts. In the first part, the course will focus on understanding the specifics of web communication and copywriting. The second part of the course will focus on the study of the individual platforms and the ways in which companies communicate with their customers. Particular attention will be given to the online communication plan, tools, brand reputation and social media monitoring.

For attending students, on-going checks are provided. During the course each student will have to develop and manage (on paper or in practice) the communication of events or products For non-attending students, the exam will be oral (on the program agreed with the teacher)
