This teaching unit deals with the territorial project with the tools and methods of two disciplines, Urban Planning and Estimate, which collaborate in the analysis, in the definition of scenarios and intervention strategies, in the elaboration and evaluation of proposals. The application to a case study of exemplary value aims to simulate a real design process that identifies opportunities and resources for a new development through the interpretation of the context.
