The course aims to provide a basic framework in private law, then delving into some interesting aspects from an applicative perspective in agrifood law
The objective of the teaching is as follows: to make students acquire the basic notions of private law that are indispensable for them to then be able to understand the specific tools that Italian private law offers to protect the consumer, from the perspective of agrifood law. Part of the teaching will be theoretical, part of the teaching practical-operational, so that students learn how to directly apply the notions learned, analyzing case law on the subject.
