Upon completion of the course, students will have learned: (i) the structure of the private law system, as well as the content of its main institutions; (ii) the origin, content and function of consumer law, as well as some of its applications in consumer protection; (iii) the theoretical and operational foundations of agribusiness law. In addition, students will be able to apply to specific concrete cases the legal rules characterizing consumer matters, with particular reference to the agri-food sphere.
Finally, with reference to transversal skills, teaching aims to strengthen functional literacy, and in particular the ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form, adapting one's communication to the legal context. Open Badges will be awarded to all students.
Frontal lectures with active student participation.
