AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course analyzes the main issues related to environmental, economic and social sustainability, and the legal instruments established at the national and supranational level in this area. After examining the evolution of sustainable development principles from a historical and comparative perspective, special attention will be dedicated to the measures adopted in recent years by the European Union as part of the Green Deal and their transposition into domestic law. Some sectoral disciplines in which the principles of sustainable development have found practical implementation will also be explored.
