OVERVIEW

This subject wants to give specific knowledge about the digital transition in the Italian Public Administration.

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

This course aims at providing students with a good knowledge and understanding of strategies, tools and processes of digitalisation in Public Administration.

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Thanks to a solid knowledge of digital services development on a national and local scale, which includes cyber security, students will approach the PA world in its constant digital development with increased awareness.

TEACHING METHODS

Frontal lessons, at the end of which students will be offered points to explore or open questions to answer autonomously.

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

Introduction to digitalization
Dematerialization of documents and digital preservation (ECM)
Business process digitalization
Cybersecurity and privacy   (including digital signature, digital identity and SPID)
Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies (short introduction)
Artificial intelligence (short introduction and problems with respect to the public administration)

RECOMMENDED READING/BIBLIOGRAPHY

The  teacher  will provide all the needed material.
