The course belongs to the scientific field of Sociology of political phenomena. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course aims to find the relations between Digital PA and Citizen. Students who attend all classes and participate in the exercises provided during the course: a) will know the specific socio-political concepts related to the teaching focus; b) will be able to understand the transformations of relationships between Citizen and Digital PA; c) will be able to apply knowledge and understanding skills in the PA digital services' design . AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES activities, will be able to: 1) define and distinguish the concepts of: - digital transformation - open government - technological sovereignty - open data 2) to interpret the processes of horizontalization between individuals, groups and institutions connected to the digital trasformations PREREQUISITES The basic knowledge of political sociology is suggested. For this purpose any edition of a Handbook of Political Sociology may be used. Suggested: M. Rush, Politics and Society. An Introduction to Political Sociology, Routledge. TEACHING METHODS Depending on the epidemiological situation, if necessary, the course will be carried out in distance learning: all the details will be published in this case in the AulaWeb of the course.
