The study of Preventive and Compensatory Physical Activity is carried out by correlating the practice of physical activity for subjects with specific clinical problems or with their outcomes and motor activity as a compensation mechanism for motor deficits stabilized by the previous re-educational activity; the pathways of motor activity adapted to the most common pathologies and the main kinesiological interventions for paramorphisms and dysmorphisms are analysed.
At the end of the integrated course the student has skills regarding physical activity programs adapted in a preventative way for the main neuro-degenerative pathologies. They knows how to evaluate and what the main kinesiological interventions are in case of paramorphisms and dysmorphisms.
Frontal lessons.
In cases with certification of DSA, disability or other special educational needs are advised to contact both the Department contact, Prof. Nicola Girtler, and the teacher at the beginning of the lessons to agree on teaching and exam methods which, in compliance of the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory/dispensatory tools recognized by the University DSA Student Service.
