OVERVIEW

The course, composed by 20 hours lesson, first of all has the aim to make the students more legally aware of their daily lives, and to provide them with necessary tools to consciously face their sport activity.

AIMS AND CONTENT

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Acquisition of private law basics, focusing on most relevant institutions in organization and practice of sport activity.

In particular the course will be based on the following topics:

 - Contracts (cases will be discussed in class).

- Torts (cases will be discussed in class).

Lectures 

In case of certification of specific learning disability, disability or other special educational needs, please contact both the Department contact person, Prof. Nicola Girtler, and the lecturer at the beginning of the lectures to agree on teaching and exam methods which, in compliance of the teaching objectives, take into account individual learning methods and provide suitable compensatory/dispensatory tools recognized by the University SLD Student Service.

SYLLABUS/CONTENT

The first part of the course will provide basics for fluency on private law language and categories and a second part will face more specific aspects concerning sport activities, i.e. contracts and  torts in sport world.
