Attendance is compulsory with 100% attendance AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The goal is to bring the student closer to the typical working environment of marine engineering through seminars, lectures or company internships. AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES With regard to the 'Soft Skills' module, the training objective is the introduction to transversal skills as prerequisites for personal and professional development. At the end of attending the module, students will be able to - strengthen their communication skills - strengthen their ability to work in a team - define strategies for entering the world of work; - reflect critically on their own positioning with regard to the topics covered in the module; - manage their social interactions with a collaborative attitude. TEACHING METHODS "Soft Skills" Module: - Lectures - Individual and group practical exercises (e.g. think pare share, role playing).
