AIMS AND CONTENT

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Application of ecological theory to simple ecological investigations (real cases) to developping the capacity of understanding ecological problems and elaborating and rendering information useful for the study, characterization and management of ecosystems.

TEACHING METHODS

The texts of the exercises are distributed in the classroom and are available in AulaWeb / Teams. The resolution of the exercises is guided by the teacher, who also provides suggestions for the development of a personal comment by the individual student.
The distribution of the exercises can be altered (especially in relation to anti-COVID19 measures) and exercises will be carried out remotely and delivered to the teacher, through aulaweb.

Please refer to the specific AulaWeb application for teaching for any updates due to changes in the health and epidemiological situation.

"Students who have valid certification of physical or learning disabilities on file with the University and who wish to discuss possible accommodations or other circumstances regarding lectures, coursework and exams, should speak both with the instructor and with Professor Sara Ferrando (sara.ferrando@unige.it), the Department’s disability liaison.”
