OVERVIEW

An integrated course organized in seven modules with the intent to provide the student with the principal knowledges on Nursing, First Aid Support, and basic information on Internal Medicine, Hematology and Nephrology, as well as notions in Odonto-stomatology and Visual System to better understand the important relations and connections between these systems and the muscular chains and posture

AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Learn basic professional knowledge through general and clinical nursing lessons (contact with the patient, hospital care principles, and home to the lazy patient). Acquire Emergency Medicine Knowledge. Acquire the first notions of the clinic and in particular the approach to the patient with internal medicine problems. Learn the diagnostic route (history, objective examination, laboratory tests) and acquire knowledge about organ and metabolic pathologies. Know the basics of laboratory medicine, blood sampling, basic exams and reference values. Knowledge of kidney and dialysis. Locomotor apparatus and odontostomatology (muscle chains and posture) and also visual apparatus and locomotion apparatus

AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Integrated approach to management and organizational problems of the health professions, qualified by the mastery of the techniques and procedures of the health management, while respecting their and others' skills. The methodological knowledge they acquire they are also able to take in training and specific research carried out in both these fields. Acquire theoretical knowledge, scientific and professional in the first diagnostic classification fields (both intra- and extra-hospital) as the first treatment of medical emergencies, surgical and trauma in podiatry

 

Deepen and update their knowledge in the field of molecular biology, etiology, pathophysiology and disease to achieve full unity phenomenology awareness of different disease processes in order to interpret the nature of the clinical phenomena in their entirety based on the pathophysiological relationships between different organs and apparatuses; to acquire the basics of clinical and in particular the approach to patients with internal medicine problems. acquire the tools for their critical evaluation and know how to properly apply in different clinical conditions

 

Knowing the basics of laboratory medicine, the blood samples, the basic examinations and riferimento.approfondimento values of basic knowledge of hematological diseases and related conditions, as well as learning the general principles of internal medicine and of pathogenetic mechanisms underlying the development hematological diseases; theoretical and practical approach to laboratory techniques applied to cytomorphology including hematology, immunology, histopathology, hemostasis and thrombosis, molecular biology, cytogenetics and molecular kinetic proliferative.

 

Gain in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, molecular biology, pharmacology and statistics that allow the full understanding of the normal function of the kidney and the pathophysiology of renal disease and constitute a solid basis for keeping it updated and critical evaluation of research results. Basic knowledge of dental  pathology, the trauma of the facial region and the dental-maxillo -facciale surgery in relation to musculoskeletal (muscle chains and posture)

 

Learn the basics of  physiology  development of the vision: spatial location, color perception, resolving power, adaptation, peripheral vision, the accommodation, the vision binocular in related to the musculoskeletal (muscle chains and posture)
