AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to provide the theoretical foundations of tourism sustainability and some methodologies for analysing the territory. Particular focus will be placed on those "made in Italy" territories whose material and immaterial products are directly/indirectly implicated in a tourist offer that must be increasingly oriented towards sustainability. It will also develop skills useful for identifying and analysing 'made in Italy' tourism brands.

TEACHING METHODS

Lectures with slide projection and docu-film, with analysis and discussion of case studies, graphs, charts, tables, thematic maps.
