Organized in two integrated modules – Cognitive Ergonomics and Qualitative-quantitative Methods – the course is aimed at students interested in understanding and improving the relationship between people and digital technologies, with particular attention to the quality of interaction, the comprehensibility of interfaces and the satisfaction of the end user.
The course aims to provide students with knowledge of research methodology, with a particular focus on its application to the ergonomic design of interactive systems and user interfaces. The course is structured into two modules, whose specific learning objectives are outlined in their respective descriptions.
