AIMS AND CONTENT

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course aims to complete the preparation of master's students by presenting the main logic underlying economic-financial planning, financial communication, strategic business planning and, corporate governance issues with a view to sustainability. It will provide in-depth knowledge of documents other than the annual report, the main financial communication events dedicated at the capital market, and theoretical and practical tools for the formulation and assessment of the business plan.

TEACHING METHODS
