This course is divided into two modules concerning research and intervention in the field of group psychology and social research. The first module aims to provide specific theoretical and methodological skills related to group psychology in the psychosocial field and the management of group dynamics. The second module aims to enrich students' knowledge regarding the method and techniques of evaluation of social and educational policies and to let them experiment with specific approaches, methods and techniques.
The course aims on the one hand to improve skills to develop evaluative research designs and research techniques for the construction, analysis and interpretation of data in a sociological perspective and on the other to provide skills for analysis and managing of groups and methods of intervention in psychosocial perspective in different social contexts.
