TEACHING METHODS Frontal lectures and practical exercises in the gastrointestinal surgery clinic and the urodynamics nursing clinic SYLLABUS/CONTENT Upper gastrointestinal tract pathologies (diagnostics and therapy), GERD and treatment in laparoscopic and non-laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Lower gastrointestinal tract pathologies (diagnostics and related surgical treatments), intestinal innervation diseases and constipation. Optional questions may be included and evaluated for possible honors. Attendance at practical exercises gives the right to 1 credit, which will be evaluated in the overall test result (15 correct answers 30/30, 1 attendance bonus 30/30 and honors) ASSESSMENT METHODS The exam will allow you to verify the achievement of the expected learning outcomes because specific knowledge is required, well defined and outlined during the lessons During the course, mini multiple choice tests on the previous lesson may be carried out to verify any need for comparison and explanation FURTHER INFORMATION The lessons include moments of comparison and in-depth study according to the indications of the course participants
