The course includes a series of theoretical and practical activities and involves the development of a medium / high complexity project in cruise and passenger transport vessels. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course compares nautical and civil interior design with in-depth critical reflections on contemporary design trends in yacht design as applied to pleasure boats and ships, with the dual objective of providing students with a knowledge of nautical interiors and related design issues, and through an application case (project), to foster design abilities and skills in students that will enable them to undertake a nautical interior design project independently.
