The training objective of the second module is to promote knowledge of the different types of business documents that have come down to us from the Roman era, both with regard to texts actually drawn up in practice and with reference to the corresponding 'notarial' forms.

Reading, analysis and commentary of sources and documents covered in the course.
Some documents of contractual content from the Roman era will be examined with translation and commentary. This analysis will highlight the scheme followed and the sequence of the clauses.
