Administrative law deals with the study of the relationships between public authorities and their respective apparatuses, on the one hand, and citizens, on the other, from a perspective that takes into account the historical and political cultural background underlying these relationships. Particular attention is given to the national legal system, without neglecting the necessary references to European Union law, which is closely connected to a wide range of legal disciplines.
This course aims to analyze the issues related to the system of administrative justice and focuses on the current administrative procedure rules.
A fundamental prerequisite is having passed Civil Procedure I.
This course is essential for the study of law and is necessary to establish the foundations of legal training that may lead to a career in the legal profession.
The aim of the course is to outline, from various perspectives, the dynamics of the authority-freedom relationship between public authorities and citizens. It provides in-depth and precise knowledge, as well as study methods that allow students to identify, understand, and apply the rules governing the actions of public administration and the legal remedies available to citizens against it.
