The program covers the entire subject of tort law, studied with reference to the regulatory framework (Italian Civil Code) and extensive case law.
The specific educational objectives of the teaching are as follows:
i) to know in depth the applicative evolution of the subject (the analysis of the doctrinal and case-law contribution is fundamental);
i) to acquire an ability to critically analyze judgments;
iii) to know the main doctrinal contributions to the evolution of tort law.
The ultimate goal of the course is to provide the fundamentals and basic tools for moving within the highly jagged and constantly evolving subject matter that is tort law.
