AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES

Acquisition of the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to diagnose and treat problems related to temporomandibular joint pathologies and cranio-cervical-facial pain.

TEACHING METHODS

Carrying out dental treatments on patients in affiliated university clinical facilities and hospitals.

Any Student with documented Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), or with any special needs, shall reach out to the Lecturer(s) and to the dedicated SLD Representative in the School/Department before class begins, in order to arrange the specific teaching methods and ensure proper achievement of the learning outcomes.

Case study in gnathology 
Fingerprint taking for study models and work models
Detection of intermaxillary relationships
Occlusal check
Correct management of medical records
Correct management and scheduling of appointments
Management of relationships with the dental laboratory
Diagnostic classification in the gnathological patient
