Mechanics is introduced in the first semester and electromagnetism in the second semester. AIMS AND CONTENT LEARNING OUTCOMES The course provides the basic knowledge of the phenomenology and the mathematical formulation of classical mechanics and electromagnetism laws AIMS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES We deem the student has achieved the learning objectives when he can solve problems of mechanics and electromagnetism by using the appropriate mathematical formalism. PREREQUISITES Basic knowledge of trigonometry and mathematical analysis. TEACHING METHODS Theory and exercise classes are held in classroom twice a week, five hours per week.
